Boss Peptides — Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be shipped the next business day. 

Estimated transit times are typically 2–10 business days within Canada. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier issues or service disruptions. 

All packages are dropped off at a Canada Post location Monday–Friday and are generally collected around 3:00 PM. Tracking updates may initially display “label created” until the package is physically picked up and scanned by the carrier. 

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, the risk of loss, delay, damage, or misdelivery transfers to the customer. Boss Peptides is not responsible for carrier-related delays or delivery issues once the shipment is in transit. 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, it may be reshipped only after the customer covers all applicable return and reshipping fees. 

Lost, Missing, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking does not show the package as delivered, Boss Peptides will assist in opening an inquiry with the carrier.

No refund or replacement will be issued until the carrier completes its investigation and confirms that the package is lost. 

If the carrier tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided, Boss Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, and no automatic replacement or refund will be provided.
